About the event
Join us for an exciting student and professional conference at the Spokane Public Library - Central, on Saturday, October 21, 2023.
This year's conference is titled ‘FINDING A SENSE OF BELONGING’
The conference will center around mental health and wellness in higher education and in the professional setting. We will also have a focus on networking with Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) students and professionals in Spokane.
The conference will offer attendees five professional workshop sessions, two blocks with two workshops. Block 1 is about the ‘Importance of Wellness while in College’ and Block 2 focuses on ‘Networking & Connecting with the Community.’
The conference is all about creating a space for ourselves in an institution that wasn't made for us. The event offers attendees the opportunity to meet professionals in the area, access to resources career fair and connect with the community.
